Direct API checkout

Bypasses CM.com's Hosted Checkout and calls CM.com's per-payment-method API directly.

CM Pay account has no Client-Side Encryption library for "creditcard" — direct/CSE card integration is likely not enabled on this account; ask CM.com to enable it (separate from Hosted Checkout).
